What is a Comb-busbar?
One of the most basic switchgear instruments, Comb Busbars distribute power to switchgear components, mainly MCBs and ELCBS. There are two types of comb busbars 1) Pin type Comb busbar 2) Fork Type Comb Busbar or two lead comb busbar.
The main utility of using a comb busbar is to reduce the number of wire connections and provide cleaner and more organized wiring within distribution boards with MCB and ELCBS
