Delivery of Orders
We provide next-day delivery within UAE when the order is placed before 02:00 PM on a working day (except on Thursdays). Additional Shipping charges of 27 AED apply on all orders below AED 350, above which there are no delivery charges.
Store pickup is provided directly from the warehouse location.

For orders outside of UAE (within GCC countries), the details of delivery will be provided before dispatch and an estimated time of delivery will be provided along with tracking details.
Currently, we do not ship beyond countries in the GCC, but you can get in touch with the GoSwitchgear team will find a way to help you.
If the customer is able to inform us by call or email or chat within 24 hours of purchase or, before dispatch, the Go Switchgear will cancel the order and process the refund.
The cancellation can not be processed, once the order is dispatched by Goswitchgear.com.
Returns, Exchange and Refunds
If the goods you received is damaged, defective, you can request for exchange or replacement of the same by informing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The customer can replace the goods within 5 days from the date of purchase. After 5 days, the exchange or return of the goods cannot be processed.
Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing, and invoices along with the product.
What happens after we receive the returned goods?
The goswitchgear.com team will examine the returned product for defects/faults as specified by the customer. If the fault in the product is within the scope of the original equipment manufacturer’s terms and conditions for returns and replacement, then returned product will be accepted by the Go Switchgear team. This will be followed by an exchange or refund as requested by the customer.
How does the refund process work?
After we receive the product, we will send a confirmation of receipt. We will examine the returned product as explained earlier and process the refund or exchange based on the outcome of the procedure of examination.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
