PVC Slotted Wiring Duct — cable trunking sizes from 25 x 25 to 100 x 100 mm
Slotted PVC wiring duct is the channel that keeps control panel wiring tidy and routable. The finger walls let a conductor leave the duct at any point along the run, so you can add a circuit later without re-pulling the loom. Every length ships with a clip-on lid.

The first figure is the width across the base, the second is the height. Both are available in grey and in blue.
Choosing a size
• Fill to about 60 percent. Leaving roughly 40 percent of the cross section free lets heat out and leaves room for the circuits that always get added later.
• Height matters more than width for a deep loom. A 25 x 100 carries far more than a 100 x 25 would, which is why the taller sections exist.
• Blue is commonly used to separate intrinsically safe or extra-low-voltage wiring from mains within the same panel. Check your own project convention.
• Cut with a fine-tooth saw or a duct cutter — a clean cut keeps the lid seating properly.
