Goswitchgear.com caters to United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain and Qatar.
We accept Cash on Delivery, Debit Card, Credit Card and Store Credit as a method of Payment.
Shipments will be delivered within 1-2 days for UAE, and 4-6 days for rest of the countries in GCC.
Once AWB (Air Waybill Number used to track your shipments) is generated by the shipping department, customers will be intimated by registered email and mobile number.
Orders of less than AED 500 will be charged AED 25 + VAT (5) shipping fee(non-refundable). Orders of AED 500 or more will be delivered free.
Please note that quotation for shipping will be calculated separately for Orders from outside of UAE, based on the weight and packaging of the ordered products.
Customers will be contacted via phone before delivery. In case, the delivery is unsuccessful due to communication from the customers end, a second attempt shall be made, after which the ordered products will be back to GoSwitchgear warehouse.
The following areas will have an additional fee of AED 40 + VAT. This will be indicated to the customer before dispatch.
