GRP Enclosures

Indo Asian GRP (Glass fibre Reinforced Polyester) enclosures for industrial, electrical, electronics, instrumentation, pneumatic, hydraulic and solar control systems. Manufactured from halogen-free, self-extinguishing polyester reinforced with glass fibre, these enclosures deliver IP67 ingress protection and IK10 impact resistance — making them ideal for the harsh climate conditions across the UAE and the wider Middle East.

Why GRP over metal? Unlike mild steel or stainless steel enclosures, GRP does not corrode, needs no painting, and weighs roughly 30% less for the same volume. It is electrically insulating (Class II), UV-stabilised, and rated for continuous operation from -40 °C to +120 °C. That means no rust in coastal humidity, no heat buildup under direct desert sun, and no risk of accidental electrical contact during maintenance.

Available types: GRP Enclosures (compact junction boxes from 116 mm up to 600 mm), GRP Cabinet Enclosures (deeper bodies with hinged doors, 300 mm to 750 mm), GRP Panel Enclosures (large single- and double-door panels up to 1250 mm for full control-panel builds), and GRP Enclosures with Canopy (rain-shielded models for outdoor push-button and instrumentation stations).
